How Custom Works

How it works

One photo.
One pair of hands.

Every personalised piece at WarmPawelle is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Here is exactly what happens after you click buy.

1

Choose the piece

Pick a design and the finish you want — acrylic, metal, wood. Prices include the personalisation; there is no surprise charge for a name.

2

Send their photo and their name

Right after checkout you will get a short form: one photo, their name, and any detail you want us to keep. Type the name exactly as you want it engraved — capital letters, punctuation, everything.

If the photo will not work, we will tell you before we start. We would rather ask than guess.

3

We design it, you approve it

Within 48 hours you get a preview. You can ask for one round of changes — a different crop, a bigger name, a softer line. Production only starts once you say yes.

4

Made, wrapped, shipped

Pieces are finished by hand and posted in a box worth keeping. Tracking arrives by email. Most orders leave our workshop 3–5 business days after approval.

What makes a good photo

  • Sharp beats pretty. A clear phone photo in daylight works better than an old blurry favourite.
  • One pet per photo. If there are two, tell us which one — we will ask anyway.
  • Face the camera. Both eyes visible, ears not cropped off.
  • Avoid heavy filters. We match the real colour of their coat, not the filter.
  • Already lost them? Send the best photo you have. We work with what exists, and we are gentle about it.

Timeline and what it costs

Preview in your inbox within 48 hours
Your approval as long as you need
Production and dispatch 3–5 business days
Delivery (US) 3–7 business days

Personalised pieces cannot be returned once production begins, because they exist only for you. If we make a mistake, or it arrives damaged, we remake it at our cost — no argument.

Start with something small. A keychain is where most people begin.
