Exchange Policy

If your pet's clothing does not fit as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will help identify the best available next step.

Size exchanges

We may offer an exchange when the requested size is available. The item must be unworn, unwashed and free from stains, odours, pet hair or damage. It should be returned in its original condition.

Between sizes

Measure neck, chest and back length, then compare those measurements with the product-specific size chart and fit notes. Measurements are more reliable than breed or weight alone because every pet has a unique shape.

Wrong size ordered

If the wrong size was selected at checkout, return shipping costs may apply. If we sent the wrong size, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and size label.

Unavailable sizes

If a replacement size is unavailable, we may offer another suitable size or product, store credit or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
