Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Before shipment

If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation or change request. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

After shipment

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. After delivery, you can request a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be stopped before shipment.
