Shipping rates
United States
$5 standard shipping. Free standard shipping on orders over $60.
Europe
EUR 8 standard shipping. Free standard shipping on orders over EUR 60.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions or periods of high order volume.
Estimated delivery
Delivery estimates begin after processing.
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 5 to 12 business days
Delivery estimates can vary because of destination, carrier delays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email is sent after dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees set by the destination country. Unless stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your address before placing an order. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but an address cannot always be changed after shipment.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate a package, check with household members, neighbours and the local carrier first. For a lost or significantly delayed package, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
