Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, with free return shipping.

30-day free return policy

To be eligible, an item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. It must be free from stains, odours, pet hair, damage and alterations. Please include the original packaging when reasonably possible.

Start a return

Contact us with your order number, the item you would like to return, the reason for the return and photos where relevant. After approval, we provide a prepaid return label or another free return method. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and an appropriate replacement or refund.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, modified or exposed to excessive pet hair or odours.
