Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If something is not right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

30-day return policy

To be eligible, an item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. It must be free from stains, odours, pet hair, damage and alterations. Please include the original packaging when reasonably possible.

Start a return

Contact us with your order number, the item you would like to return, the reason for the return and photos where relevant. We will review the request and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

Return shipping

For a change of mind or an incorrect size selected at checkout, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If an item is incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us before returning it so we can help with the right solution.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, modified or exposed to excessive pet hair or odours.
