When placing your order, please include two photos of your pet:
- Front-facing photo — clearly showing facial features (eyes, nose, mouth, fur color and markings)
- Top-down overhead photo — showing the head shape, fur texture, and overall silhouette
The clearer your photos, the more accurate and lifelike your figurine will be. Natural lighting is recommended — avoid backlighting or blurry shots.
